My precious grandchildren! How I love you boys so much!

My grandchildren! How i miss and love you boys so very much. It’s not a day or night that goes by, that I don’t think about you all and miss all of you. My grandsons! I want you all to know that I have not given up hope! I am still here for you grandchildren! Also my grandsons I want you all to know that I do want you boys and that I have a large enough home for all of you. It’s filled with every for all of you. I moved from Nevada for the love that I have for all of you.

My grandsons! Oklahoma has fought me every step of the way in getting you boys out of the system. From the judge on down has denied me the rights to visitation with all of you. I’ve been denied adoption, visitation rights, as well as a home study of the 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home, that’s over 2,000 square feet.

I also want you boys to know that I have been writing continuously to all of you. I hope and pray that you all have been getting all the letters that I have been sending. I love all of you so very much. I send my love, hugs and kisses. My grandsons I love you and I want you to know that you have family that loves and misses you as well. I pray for our family on a regular basis!

Melvin, Michael, Mizael, Teriq and Eric! My dear and precious grandchildren I your grandmother, loves,misses and wants you all home with me. I am financially established, and has more than enough room for all of you boys! Speaking on you all as siblings! Have you all seen each other lately?

The reason why you grandchildren are home is because of the Oklahoma DHS/ foster care unit. It’s because of the corruption and crookedness that is going on in that organization. Also I want you boys to know that the Oklahoma DHS has told lies in court and on their paperwork, stating that I have a felony from a food stamp case when i was 19 years old, some 30 years ago! That is false, my grandsons! So anyhow, Oklahoma continues to deny me you grandchildren to come live with me because of that! I have proof of that! That I don’t have a felony! For one they could check my military record. But they won’t! Oklahoma just don’t want me to have you all.

Grandsons! I want you all to know that Oklahoma has even tried to put me in jail and was trying to give me a hefty fine! Oklahoma has done us wrong in processing this case of you grandchildren! I want all of you to know that Oklahoma has treated you grandchildren wrong by not letting you boys have visitation with me. Also that they have violated our rights too.

I have on several occasions went to the Oklahoma State Capitol to talk to the folks at the Office. I have went to any and everyone that would listen to our story at how Okdhs/ Oklahoma DHS, how they have treated us and not giving you all to me. How they are just letting you children float in the system, bouncing from one placement to the other.

I continue to write letters to the DHS officials, to the Judge, to the Oklahoma governor, and everyone else that is interested in the foster care system and those interested in the children of the system. My grandsons, I haven’t forgotten about you all. I love you with every ounce of blood that’s flowing through my body. I love you my precious grandchildren.

My grandchildren I am so sorry that you have had to be subjected to this type of life! I feel your pain and suffering. My prayers go out to all of you. I love you boys so much! My grandchildren you are loved, wanted and missed. You have a home to come to. Oklahoma has denied my many requests for you grandchildren to be released to me in my care! Oklahoma are the reason! Oklahoma DHS is the reason why you grandchildren remains in foster care. Oklahoma never did work with me to get you all home! Not any type of help what so ever!

 Grandsons! I love you all and you all are always in my thoughts and prayers. I send my love, hugs and kisses! Grandma! loves all of you so very much.

Foster Care

Foster care isn’t no place for children! As long as the children have family and relatives to take them in. I have been concerned & worried from the start of all of this. From day one my grandchildren haven’t had family visitation with me their maternal and biological grandmother! I’ve always been in my grandchildren’s lives. My grandchildren! They know me!

Oklahoma hasn’t handled my grandchildren’s case properly nor professional from the beginning!

My grandsons continue to be bounced around and shuffled from one foster home to the other and from group home to group home. That’s not in the best interest of the children! Come on! Get real! Everyone of my grandsons and I have 5 of them in the foster care system. Neither one of them are in the same placement! My grandsons — They are isolated and alienated from me their grandmother- their maternal and biological grandmother. I want to be in my grandsons lives! I love my grandsons! However! From the crooked ways of the Okdhs I haven’t seen my grandsons in nearly 2 years.

Our lives has been shattered and family broken! Oklahoma continues to alienate and isolate my grandchildren. They haven’t seen me since 2010 of February. The 16th to be exact.  (February 16 2010). That’s just wrong! No matter how you look at it!

In closing:  I’m requesting everyone to please pray for me and my precious grandchildren, that this painful and emotional tragedy will be over soon.For it has it as already been  5 years and 10 months and 3 weeks and 4 days. I appreciate and thank you for your prayers for my family.

Hello There!

Hi and Thank you for taking the time to read my blogs!

Re:  CASE — MAY – DAVIS – BENJAMIN – WALKER; CASE # JD-06-180; KIDS# 20347104; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; County of Oklahoma.

This is about how Oklahoma DHS has operated and how they have processed and handled my grandsons case. How they have treated me, the children’s maternal and biological grandmother. And by the way! It’s been mentioned to me that this State of Oklahoma hasn’t no Grandparents Rights! That Grandparents don’t have the right to their grandchildren once they are in foster care. That too is disturbing to me!

Oklahoma DHS has not done everything in their power to return my grandchildren to me! Instead they have worked against me. Any DHS agency, are supposed to help the families? Or so I thought! This has not been the case for me!

You see I have been going through It with the State of Oklahoma/ foster care division. My grandchildren were taken nearly 6 years ago on

March 2 2006. They went to the schools and day care and stole  my grandchildren! I can’t imagine how my precious grandchildren were feeling when they were gathered up by the state agency called Oklahoma DHS and the Oklahoma Police and hauled off. Every time I think of that day and my grandbabies going through that! I just break down and cry! They stole them from school!

I am not from Oklahoma. This isn’t my home! However I moved here to deal with this matter! In order to get my grandchildren! This has been a horrible and tragedy for us.

In The Best Interest of the Child! Then! Every Effort has Been made to Place the children with the Grandmother! Those two Statements are so farther from the truth! I’ve never seen anything like this ever in my life. This has been a circus dealing with these cold-hearted people. All I want are to get my grandsons out of the foster care system.

From the Judge on down to the folks that are working in the DHS office. You would think that an agency would want to make a fast conclusion to give the children back to the family. But No!

They will not give me a Home-Study of my Oklahoma Residence: What in the world are these folks doing — My grandchildren deserves to be with family and love-ones. Those who care and love the children! I am financially able and established to provide for all of my grandchildren. I don’t need any assistance at all. I make over $35,000.00 a year. I’m not hurting for anything!  My grandchildren are loved, wanted and so truly missed. They have family!

I have never been to prison! I’m not a felon! I’m a registered voter! I keep a clean and decent house! I’m responsible and have all my bills in my name! I have transportation and Insurance! I’m reliable and have a good head on my shoulder! My Oklahoma rental is over 2,000 sq ft. I have a 3 bedroom + 2 ba + 2 car garage! I have both a washer and dryer! I keep a refrigerator full of food. My cabinets are full as well!

Oklahoma DHS has been the culprit right along with the Judge in not giving me my grandchildren. This isn’t right at all. How can these agency continue doing all this dirt to innocent folks? Just as myself, all I want is to get my grandchildren! There surely something wrong here in this State of Oklahoma! The system has failed my grandchildren! Totally failed them! This is so disturbing!

I’ve been to the Oklahoma State Capitol to seek help, from anyone that would listen and be willing to help. But I didn’t get anywhere. No one would do anything. All I got was rejection! It is very disturbing! These are my grandchildren and I love them very  much. Everyone has turned a blind eye to this situation. I was only asking for some help.

Family is the foundation on what children grow up on and able to make good decisions. With out family where would the world be today. Everyone need their family! “The love of a family is Life’s Greatest Blessing” yet those folks are doing everything in their power to destroy my family. Trying to destroy the lives of my precious grandchildren and the lives of our family of reuniting back together. I just don’t understand this at all. This is an awful shame!

Oklahoma DHS people are a cruel bunch of cold-hearted souls.

My grandchildren have been in the foster care system for some time now! It still isn’t easier than from when they were first taken. The pain is their! I have been grieving since day one that my grandbabies were taken. I haven’t seen my grandsons since 2.16.2010, yeas nearly 2 years ago. My grandchildren have been alienated and isolated from me. My only contact with my grandchildren are through letters! That’s it! That’s all! Totally outrageous and wrong!

My grandchildren, they deserve to have contact with their biological grandmother. My grandchildren rights has been violated. My grandchildren have been through so much while being in foster care. Oklahoma DHS isn’t no good! They operate and make their own rules. Really a pain in the _______.

Oklahoma DHS has not professionally handled/ processed my grandchildren’s case. This has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE!

In closing! I would ask for Everyone to please Pray for me and my grandchildren! For we are going through a most difficult time in our lives right now! Please keep us in Prayer! Pray that this suffering comes to an end for my precious grandsons! God Bless You!

Oklahoma DHS & The Corruption Along With It..

Hello my name is Farina Thompson.

I am the grandmother to 5 wonderful and adorable grandsons, that I haven’t seen since 2-16-2010. Oklahoma Department of Human Services/Foster Care Division, they took my grandsons into foster care in 2006. March 2 2006. From the time they were taken by the State of Oklahoma, I’ve not had any regular visits with my grandchildren. Nor have I  had any phone time with my grandchildren.

We are not from the State of Oklahoma. We are from out west. “The West Coast” We are not at home.

At the time of my grandchildren, when they were snatched from school and their daycare center, by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services,  they were here less than 6 months, not a legal resident of the state of Oklahoma.

Oklahoma Department of Human Services and The Oklahoma Family Court Division are corrupt to the fullest! I have never seen anything like it before! I’ve never been in a situation as this before in my life. This State has truly caused me and my grandchildren emotionall damage. This has definitely scarred us. They have taken so much away from us. All theses years of my grandsons being in foster care. This is no doubt heartbreaking!

Oklahoma Department of Human Services has denied me all access to my precious grandchildren. They have denied me all across the board. Not recognizing my Nevada Guardianship. They have denied – The Haebus Corpus- to release the children. They have denied me my right to adopt my grandchildren.

They will not give me a HOME-STUDY in order for me to pass, so that I will be approved to get my grandsons out of the Oklahoma Foster Care System. Even the Judge himself will not order DHS to give me one. That’s horrible!!

They have denied my  rights as a biological and maternal grandmother to have continuous contact with my grandsons.

Oklahoma DHS and the Judge has alienated and isolated my grandsons. They have deliberately kept my grandsons away from me. That’s is unprofessional and cruel! Not to mention emotionally damaging to my grandsons.

My grandchildren, they do know that I am here in Oklahoma, but! however they do not have the liberty to see me in person nor do they have permission to respond to any of the letters that I send them.

All I want is my grandchildren! That’s it! That’s all! My grandchildren they don’t deserve to be continuously housed in the foster care system! Especially when they have a loving and caring relative that wants them. I don’t see these actions by the State of Oklahoma DHS and of the Judge, as being rational or even logical for that matter. This is WRONG!

This is not Professional Behavior! It’s totally an Injustice and In my opinion a Personal Vendetta towards me!  Policies and procedures have been broken! I’ve not been given the same hand as everyone else to beable to get their grandchildren and or children out of the foster care system.

I am no felon. I have never been to prison. I am a military vet. I was in the Army. I am a registered voter. I am independent. I have my own money/finances. I have everything that is needed in order to take care of my grandchildren. I don’t need not one red cent from anyone to support my grandchildren. I have a rented 3 bedroom- 2 bath- 2 car garage home. Square footage in excess of 2,000 sq ft. I have more than enough room for all of my grandsons.

I LOVE MY GRANDSONS ! They are my everything! My whole world! It’s just eating me up inside, that they are having to go through this horrible separtion from our FAMILY. I want to be in my grandchildrens lives. The State DHS and the Judge has denied me the right to be apart of their lives. I am not included in my grandchildrens lives! Not apart of anything that has to do with my grandsons.

Oklahoma DHS and the Judge are just horribe and heartless individuals. They act as if our family doesn’t matter to us. That’s wrong! Everyday after work they definitely go home to their families and love-ones. They interact with their children. They hug and kiss their children. They feed their children. They tuck them in at night for bedtime. They see them in the morning as well. They get to help them with their homework. Go to schools and all the acitvities. They have love of watching and seeing the children come home after school and bombard the kitchen for snacks, something to eat after school. They get that after school hug! Which I miss all of this. The State of Oklahoma has taken this away from me and my grandchildren.

The initial DHS case worker in the beginning of the case: her name is Tara J Bone. She is now a Supervisor and she is the main reason behind this delay, confusion and corruption. She is a major player/ part of it. Big Time.

DHS states the reason that they aren’t giving me my grandchildren! That they aren’t reccom-mending me for either temporary or permanemt placement, because I have a Felony out of the State of California! Get this! First of all I don’t have a felony. Second of all it was a foodstamp case back in 1983. It wasn’t a Felony!  I don’t understand this? What does this has to do with me loving and raising my grandchildren? You know to get them back home with family!

It’s about Family! Right? So why does the state has to make a big deal out of something like this? As long as I am able, capable, stable and can provide a roof for my grandchildren. It’s about Family? Well at least I thought it was.

From the way that Oklahoma and the Judge over this case has shown me and how they have acted towards me and all of my efforts, It is apparently not about the children and their families. This has been truly disturbing to me! Very hard to understand Oklahoma practices, policies and procedures.

My grandchildren should of been home before now! They still aren’t home yet! The last time I saw my grandchildren were on 2-16-2010. Almost 2 years ago! Devastating and Horrifying, It is!

My only contact between my grandchildren are that of letter writing. Even with that! I’m not sure if they are recieving the letters. Anyway of which I keep on writing on a regular basis. Of course I scan each and every letter that I mail. I do that so that my grandsons will see one day that I never gave up on them. That I never stopped trying.

I have wrote letters to the Oklahoma State Capitol, to the officials such as the governor, both governors current and the previous. Which their names are (new) Gov. Mary Fallon, (previous)  Gov Brad Henry. I started writing to the governor before  I left the State of Nevada. I’ve wrote on many, many occasions. All I ever received in returned was generated form letters. You know the kind– Thank you for contacting the office, letting us know of your concerns in regards to your grandchildren. However the office will refer your letter to the approriate persons other than that,  there is nothing that this office can do. It is out of our jurisdiction.

I’ve also wrote to Senators, Representatives, Congressmen and Congresswomen. Even to the Presiden! Yeah! I am aware that it was a waste of time to write the president. I never received a response from the white house which I wrote on several different occasions.

I’ve contacted the Childrens Rights Organization! Because it’s a major Lawsuit against the Oklahoma Department of Human Services in regards to what’s going on here in the state. There is too much wrong doing and there isn’t enough accountability for it. No-one wants to be blamed, but rather point the finger instead!

For as my grandchildren! As long as I love and want my grandbabies, that should be enough! Along with my being able to provide for them, being the key. I surely don’t need any money from no-one to do that. I want to be there for them! Be included in their lives! It’s no reason for this type of actions by the state and the judge. They are wasting the tax payers money housing my grandchildren. This is nonsense!!

I love my grandchildren! They are loved! wanted! and missed! I haven’t hugged my grandsons in nearly 2 years! Their smiles! They are growing up! My grandsons, they are not forgotten! They have family! What this state has done to me and my grandsons is not JUSTICE!

THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED THIS FAMILY! HAS FAILED MY GRANDSONS! The system has damaged my grandchildren and my family. We will never ever be the same!

For 5 YEARS AND 8 1/2 MONTHS, nothing but pain & suffering. A total NIGHTMARE!

Oklahoma Department of Human Services is definitely corrupted. The system is broken! So many children are suffering, my grandchildren has suffered and continue to suffer at the hands of those that are holding positions of Authority. Children deserve to be with FAMILY! NOT STRANGERS! NOR DO THEY DESERVE TO BE ADOPTED OUT! IT’S WRONG! IT’S AN INJUSTICE!!!

One would think or believe that DHS would be there to help families and children! Not to cause pain and suffering by adopting the children out. Nor to alienate and or isolate the children from their love-ones such as they have done with my precious grandchildren.

65 Months And Grandchildren Still Aren’t Home

65 months and my grandchildren still remains in the Oklahoma Foster Care System floating around from placement to placement.

Since 3-2-2006, my precious grandchildren have been in the Oklahoma foster care system.  They have been alienated from our family.  I haven’t seen my grandsons since 2-16-2010. Haven’t heard their voices.  Yet the court seems, this is in the BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD!

How can family alienation be of good measure?

Foster Care isn’t good for any children. It has to be a better way than this. The folks involved in dividing and separating the children from their families and alienating on a continuous basis have no morals or ethical guide lines what so ever.

My precious grandsons has been alienated from our family for over 5.5 years. They were taken on 3-2-2006. Since they have been in foster care, we have not had any regular visitation. This is wrong! This isn’t right! What about the children who needs their family?

The Judge- Judge Richard W Kirby,  Tara Bone – DHS,  Asst DA- Jane Brown, Asst PD- Ryan Hauser and DHS Director- Howard Hendrick, they all should be HELD ACCOUNTABLE for their part in alienating my grandchildren and continuing to inflict pain upon them, by keeping them in the system for as long as they have.

The judge has denied my request to order DHS to do a home-study of my home inorder to adopt my 5 grandsons. The judge has dismissed me from any future court hearings in regards to my grandchildren’s case, at the request of DHS. The Judge granted the request. This was done on 2-8-2011.

My grandchildren are suffering in foster care. Being shipped, shuffled and shafted from one placement to the next. That’s terrible! It’s emotional for the children. I feel my grandchildren pain. I am right there with them.

This is an injustice! An investigation should be launched into the practice of how a judge and dhs handles these cases. This isn’t right at all and these folks are getting away with how they are treating the children and families.

DHS are supposed to be hleping the children and families? Right? Not inflicting damage or traumatizing the children even more! This system is broken.

My grandchildren has been in the foster care system since MARCH 2 2006. The State refuses to work with me to return my 5 grandsons.

Foster Care isn’t right for any child. Foster Care destroys children, they enter one way and then they are transformed. It’s the foster care system. It’s no good.

How can it be any good, For when I’ve been fighting for the longest to get my grandsons back home.

I have relocated from Nevada. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home. It’s over 2,000 square feet. I am not a felon, I’m a veteran, I have everything that’s needed to taken care of my 5 grandsons. Roof over their head and beds for each and every one of them. A Refrigerator full of food.  I’ve a washer and dryer. I MEAN! WHAT’S THE PROBLEM? ISN’T IT ABOUT THE CHILDREN?

65 MONTHS ! COME ON, NOW! IT’S CORRUPTION HERE IN THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE DHS FOSTER CARE SYSTEM AND THE JUDGE OVER MY GRANDSONS CASE. JUDGE RICHARD W KIRBY.

PLEASE PRAY FOR ME AND MY PRECIOUS GRANDCHILDREN AS WE ARE SUFFERING, HURTING AND HAS BEEN SEPARATED FOR QUITE SOME TIME. PLEASE PRAY FOR THEIR SAFE RETURN SO WE CAN MOVE ON WITH OUR LIVES. WE NEED CLOSURE.

Grandmother persecuted

 

There’s so many nick names that our grandchildren has for calling us as grandparents. There’s hundred of names that so many grandchildren calls their loving grandma and grandpa.

When the DHS DIRECTOR- HOWARD HENDRICK, DHS SUPERVISOR- TARA J BONE, DHS DA- JANE BROWN, and the ASSOCIATE DISTRICT JUDGE RICHARD W KIRBY, lose their way to do the right thing. Then that brings about corruption. It is about the children and getting them out of the system as fast and soon as possible.

5 years to bring closure to a case it very damaging to my babies. Because my grandsons, they know that Grandma is here. That’s not right at all! It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out.

My grandsons are loved, wanted and missed by all of our family. They have a loving home to come to.

I have relocated over 1800+ miles to be close to my boys, and to have regular visits with them.

The state has taken that away. From the beginning there were never any regular visits.

They have kept my grandsons away from me and they haven’t had any phone calls either.

Family reunification is the key and yet, As they stress it so much. Why are my grandchildren not home yet?

I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 car garage home and it is over 2,000 square feet. I’ve more than enough space for my grandsons. This is wrong.

Everyone knows how rough it is for children to be left in foster care. Especially any length of time.

There is a very big problem and something needs to be done about it!

I just want my grandchildren out of the foster care system. That’s all i want is for them to be home back in my arms. With loving family as i am here and will not stop my journey to get them home.

There are Statutes and the Oklahoma Administrative Codes that aren’t being enforced. My grandchildren should have been home many moons ago.

Our civil rights and human rights has been violated. My grandbabies has been victimized by the system as well as our whole family.

I’ve spent many countless hours on the internet searching for case information, and to learn as much as i can about foster care and case-law in regards to grandchildren and grandparents. Just all issues dealing with family court judges and getting educated about the players involved with my grandsons case.

I have asked for help from many agencies, knocked on may doors, sent hundreds of faxes, and rung a many telephones, because what it going on here in the State of Oklahoma isn’t justice at all, not for along shot.

These persons that are in a position to destroy families and many children’s lives are cold-hearted folks. They think that they are untouchable. They are above the law. So to speak and by that they can abuse their authority. In the mean time can leave a trail of destruction.

It’s supposed to be about the children, In my grandsons case. That is no longer the priority. As i see it. They are focusing on me. I’m just a loving and caring grandmother, that refuses to give in to them, so that they can do what they want with my grandsons.

I’ve been targeted, and this is now a racist issue, a personal vendetta.

The Judge – Richard W Kirby, DA – Jane Brown, DHS Supervisor – Tara J Bone, and DHS Director – Howard Hendrick – has lost their way of processing and now has made it even more difficult on my grandsons, by not giving me my grandsons.

Priority should be – family reunification. Family connection and bonding. Not destroying the children’s lives. The court system and dhs has alienated me grandbabies. We haven’t seen each other in quite some time now.

My grandbabies, they all know how much i love and miss them. The family courts know that I love and miss my grandbabies. This is tragedy and emotional painful for us.

Everyone as mentioned before, they are going home every night to their babies, grandbabies, and look forward to seeing them as they walk through the door. How would they feel, If they couldn’t see their babies, or granddbabies little faces? How would they feel to be going through this ordeal as me and my grandbabies?

It’s a nightmare! A real life Horror! I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.

As of 12/2009 I was denied all access to court documentation in regards to my grandsons case. I have not been allowed to receive any court papers, showing the up coming court dates. It’s only been by word of mouth. That’s not good enough.

Anyway I’m asking everyone to please pray for me and my grandchildren. We have been going through this for some time now. My grandchildren and our family has been victimized by the Oklahoma Family Court and Oklahoma DHS.

We as grandparents has that special bond of connection with our grandchildren. Being in our grandbabies lives are so valuable for them and us as that role model to our little ones.

Here in the state of Oklahoma where I have been for the past 2.5 – 3 years, out of love for my precious grandsons. I am being persecuted because I am fighting for my grandchildren. I will not shut up about the exposure of what’s taking place in the oklahoma family court.

My grandsons have been in the foster care system since March 2 2006. I’m the only one that’s fighting for them. We are a family and they are close to my heart. We are blood.

This is a living nightmare for me and my family.

I’m concerned about my grandsons that’s in the Oklahoma Foster Care States System. This is un called for. When children has been taken by the state, they should be trying everything to place the children with their biological family members. Here i am their maternal and biological grandmother. What they do is hinder the process. This case has been dragged out for 5 years. March 2 2011 will be five years.

I am not a felon, never been to prison. I am all that these children has to appear in court.

It’s about family and children, to be reunited to end this horrible tragedy. It’s supposed to be. You’d think.

Because my grandchildren means the world to me. I’m letting the whole world know how me and my babies has been treated in this Red Dirt State. How we have been totally treated like as if family values isn’t what this great nation was built on.

The truth is that every politician has been spilling their inside about Family Values, and The Family Unit, that’s how they get appointed and or elected.

But when our babies, our children are taken away from our valued families its not important to them.

So i want the whole world to know that if the government continues to allow this to happen know one will be safe nowhere. The agencies will be free to come in our homes as they done my daughter.

(Really they took the children from school and daycare)

But from all of this, they will be able to knock down doors and just take the american children and be free to do it.

Say No To DHS and Stand up for your rights. Let my pain and suffering help you to arm yourself with everything to equip and be ready. Stop DHS at the Door. Don’t be fooled. Don’t let them in.

It only takes a phone to have your children taken/stolen. From that point on your life will never be the same.

Take it from someone who is going through it right now.
